Sunday Free Day Chop veggies, Make Salads for lunch
Make Sandwich Bread, Soak Beans
Monday Beans and Rice or Perogies Make Granola and/or Granola Bars
Pork/Ham/Sausage/etc Make Yogurt
Tuesday Beef/Lamb/Venison/Bison/etc Crackers or Flatbreads/Pitas
Wednesday Vegetarian/Vegan Make Chai Tea Concentrate
Top up veggies, Make Salads for lunches
Thursday Chicken/Turkey/Duck/etc Artisan Bread (sourdough or baguette, etc)
Start Bagels/English Muffins (rest overnight in fridge)
Friday Fish/Shellfish/Seafood Finish Bagels/English Muffins
Saturday Pasta or Pizza Prep Muffins/Scones/Brioche/Pastry
for Sunday breakfast/brunch
